Ich habe folgende Hinweise gelesen und stimme diesen ausdrücklich zu: Alle hier genannten Preise sind Bruttopreise, also inkl. 19% Mehrwertsteuer. Nach Eingang der Bestellung erhält der Fan von der Agentur Da Chatdeife zunächst eine automatisierte Eingangsbestätigung, sowie binnen 48 Stunden eine Rechnung per Email über die bestellte, digitale Dienstleistung des Creators. Agentur Da Chatdeife fungiert als Vermittler zwischen dem Creator/Modell und dem Fan. Der Fan überweist per Banküberweisung den Rechnungsbetrag an die Agentur Da Chatdeife. Diese teilt dem Creator den Zahlungseingang mit. Danach setzt der Creator den Fan binnen 48 Stunden in dessen Instagram VIP Fan Bereich. Die bestellte Dienstleistung gilt für die vom Fan im Voraus ausgewählte und bezahlte Laufzeit (1, 3 oder 6 Monate) bzw. dessen Special Preis. Die Dienstleistung verlängert sich nicht automatisch. Der Fan ist dazu verpflichtet für die Verlängerung der Dienstleistung eine neue Bestellung über dieses Formular bei der Agentur Da Chatdeife einzureichen. Eine Rückerstattung des bereits bezahlten Betrages, ein Rückgabe-/ oder Widerrufsrecht wird hinsichtlich einer digitalen Dienstleistung nicht gewährt. Ansonsten gelten die allegmeinen Vorschriften des BGB für Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Germering bei München.

Laut EU Recht muss jedes Formular mit dem sog. reCAPTCHA verfahren abgesichert sein. Im untersten Bereich steht ein Text von reCAPTCHA. Du musst auf den zweiten, unteren Link klicken. Danach musst du ggf. noch 3-6 Bilder auswählen um zu bestätigen, dass du kein Bot bist. Danach funktioniert das Absenden.

I have read the following information and expressly agree to it: All prices quoted here are gross prices, i.e. including 19% VAT. Upon receipt of the order, the Fan will first receive an automated confirmation of receipt from the Da Chatdeife agency, as well as an invoice by email within 48 hours for the digital service ordered from the Creator. Da Chatdeife Agency acts as an intermediary between the Creator/Model and the Fan. The fan transfers the invoice amount to the Da Chatdeife agency by bank transfer. The agency informs the Creator that payment has been received. The creator then places the fan in their Instagram VIP fan area within 48 hours. The ordered service is valid for the term selected and paid for by the fan in advance (1, 3 or 6 months) or its special price. The service is not automatically extended. The fan is obliged to place a new order with the Da Chatdeife agency using this form in order to extend the service. A refund of the amount already paid, a right of return or withdrawal is not granted with regard to a digital service. Otherwise, the general provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. The place of jurisdiction is Germering near Munich.

reCAPTCHA EU procedure

According to EU law, every form must be secured with the so-called reCAPTCHA procedure. In the bottom section there is a text from reCAPTCHA. You must click on the second, lower link. You may then have to select 3-6 images to confirm that you are not a bot. After that the sending works.
